Here at Manorroy we take great care in who, with and where we home our puppies. The following questionnaire is to provide us with some basic information about potential new owners and to make sure you have thought about all the relevant needs when buying a puppy.

There are no right or wrong answers, all forms will be considered depending on individual circumstances. Please answer all questions as honestly and fully as possible and write any additional information you think would be relevant at the bottom of the form.

If you are able to email pictures of your garden too that would be great, it doesn't need to look like Buckingham palace or be too neat and tidy, its just to show us that it is secure and suitable for the dog and we may see potential hazards that first time owners may not think of.
